When Test Pressure Gets Too Heavy

A friend told me the other day that they searched Take my test for me after staying awake almost two nights in a row trying to prepare for exams. Honestly, I understood the feeling more than I expected. Sometimes the pressure builds up so fast that people start looking for any way to breathe for a minute.
College life sounds manageable until everything lands at once. Assignments, quizzes, attendance, family expectations... it can feel nonstop. And when someone falls behind, panic usually shows up before motivation does.
I think conversations about academic stress need to be more honest. A lot of students are not lazy at all. They’re tired, overwhelmed, and trying to keep their grades together while handling real-life problems too.
At the end of the day, learning matters, but so does mental balance. People struggle quietly more often than we realize.
